Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first good, provided that goods are delivered as part of an order on a regular basis over a defined period of time.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Chi Nature FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone – Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Email: info@chinature.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract or to Chinature Logistics Center, Oberlaaer Strasse 250, access via Sulzengasse 6, 1230 Vienna, Austria. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion or Expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
