Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Austria and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries to Austria:

We charge shipping costs based on the order value (gross product value):

- Order value up to €50 = €9.00

From an order value of €50.00, we deliver free of shipping charges.

Deliveries to other countries within the EU:

We charge shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross product value):

- Order value up to €50 = €15.00
- Order value over €50 = €9.90

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Austria takes place within 1–3 working days, and international deliveries within 3–5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one delivery, unless a different agreement has been made with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
